What you get
- A 60-minute working conversation, after a short intake (the same intake my cohort participants fill in, about 15 minutes).
- A Claude Project configured with your background and communication style, your organization's context, your role and your priorities.
- Two workstreams you choose, set up and tested on your real work. Examples: board reports, grant writing, competitive intelligence, team coordination, ticket triage.
- A 45-minute handoff where we run both workstreams together, plus a one-page usage guide.
- One revision round within seven days of handoff.
What it is not
- Not a software integration project. No CRM, email or calendar automation. Nothing runs unattended, nothing sends on its own. That is the connected system, scoped separately.
- Not training. If you want to learn to build this yourself, that is AIReadyIn180, $600.
- It runs in your Claude account. You need a Claude Pro or Team subscription (about $20 a month for Pro), separate from this fee.
How it works
- Pay. The intake form and the booking link arrive within one business day.
- Fill in the intake. About 15 minutes. Book the working conversation.
- We meet for 60 minutes. I build during and after the call.
- Handoff, 45 minutes. Usually within five business days of the conversation.
Before we start, we agree each workstream in writing: what you supply, what it produces, whether context is uploaded by hand or through a connector you already have, what approvals your organization needs, and what we demonstrate at handoff.
Terms
- $750 before booking. Full refund if we cancel before the working conversation. After it, the fee covers the work done.
- Your content stays yours. At the start we agree what I need for the build and the seven days after, where it is held, and when my working copies are deleted.
- Questions by email for seven days after handoff.
- The AIReadyIn180 Built-or-Better guarantee applies to the training, not to this setup. This setup's remedy is the revision round and the refund terms above.
